I am sooo hating life right now. As if the 14 1/2 hour day last Friday wasn't bad enough, the work problems are seemingly unending right now. And then I come home today (ready to jet out to dinner for hubby's birthday) only to find that 40 out of 60 gallons in one of my discus tanks has gone ... somewhere! 
Needless to say, we were late for our dinner reservation and I think the kids thought I was completely insane (they got to the house about 10 minutes after I did) running around trying to refill the tank and figure out where the leak came from. Sigh
So, my oak flooring is a bit unhappy, the tank stand may or may not be OK, one of the light ballasts shorted out (thank Goddess it just died and didn't start a fire) and I'll have to replace 6 books. A nice little $300 problem. At least it wasn't worse.
On the up side ... the fish appear to be fine (I was able to get the replacement water within a 1/2 degree of the tank water), nothing else is broken (filter, heaters, and air pump are all still working as is the other light fixture), the computer didn't get wet, the outlet behind the tank didn't get wet, and I'm 99.9% sure I figured out what happened. Sheesh
